Account and contact: name, email, password or SSO metadata.
Billing: payment method details processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Scheduling: basic info you submit when booking via Calendly.
Email preferences: subscription status and engagement tracked by Keap.
Usage and analytics: page views, clicks, device data, and cookies via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and similar tools.
Support messages: emails or form submissions you send to us.
2) How we use your information
Provide and manage your membership and account access.
Process payments and renewals through Stripe.
Send service emails and optional marketing with Keap.
Book calls and reminders through Calendly.
Improve our products using aggregated analytics.
3) Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)
We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing and cookies), and legal obligations.
4) Sharing your information
We share data only with processors who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Keap (email), Calendly (scheduling), GA4 (analytics), secure hosting/CDN, and support tools. We do not sell your personal information.

10) International transfers
If you access the site from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S. We use contractual protections with processors where appropriate.
11) Marketing preferences
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime via the footer link or by contacting us. Service emails will still be sent.
