Terms of Service

1) What you are buying
T212 Focus Reset is a membership that provides access to weekly planning support, accountability, and resources. The site and program content are provided for educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.
2) Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Plan: $33 per month, billed by Stripe.
Auto-renewal: Your plan renews monthly until you cancel.
How to cancel: Use the link in your receipt or account portal, or email hugo@myteam212.com at least 24 hours before renewal. Your access remains active through the paid period.
3) Week-1 Wins policy (refunds)
If, within your first 7 days, you do not reclaim at least one focused hour or achieve one meaningful outcome, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hugo@myteam212.com, and we will schedule a complimentary private coaching session. Monetary refunds are otherwise not guaranteed unless required by law.
4) Fair use and conduct
Be respectful in community spaces. Do not harass others, share spam, or post unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
5) Intellectual property
All site, program, and resource content is owned by Team 212 LLC. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Do not copy, redistribute, or resell materials without written permission.
6) Scheduling and availability
Live sessions and features may change. If you miss a live session, we may provide asynchronous options when available.
7) Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us within the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8) Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Scheduling uses Calendly. Email communications use Keap. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9) Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies in Maricopa County, Arizona. You agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing hugo@myteam212.com before filing a claim.
10) Changes to the service and terms
We may update features, pricing, or these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or site notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
